Thammarah offers the space to listen and learn from stories shared by Saudi's who are keen to help the next generation nurture their potential.

What is Thammarah?

Thammarah is a safe space where potential is nurtured through meaningful conversations with inspiring mentors who will nurture growth to cultivate success.
Is the service really free?

Yes! We are supported by some inspirational individuals who are giving their time to support the youth of Saudi Arabia. As such we ask that if you do require mentorship, that you are serious about nurturing your potential and make every effort to respect the time they are investing in you.
What is the resource library?

The resource Library is a collection of stories from Saudis who we feel are inspiring and by sharing their stories of development, success and “why's” to hopefully inspire you also.
Can I choose a specific mentor?

The selection of the mentors will be by the program team based on the topics of development that you have chosen.
Does the mentorship service support all areas?

It will aim to cover most areas that will help you see your potential and guide you in your journey.
How long will the mentorship session take?

An individual mentorship session will be up to 40 minutes. It will be weekly from 1-10 weeks.

What is meant by a mentoring session?

A one to one conversation where you can discuss confidentially areas that you would like to develop in Helping you nurture your potential. Were you can obtain advice and guidance. You can acquire new knowledge
What can I expect to gain from this service?

The aim is that you realise your potential and that see new ways of getting to the next step. Also you can expect advice and learn from someone who may have experienced similar challenges.
How will mentorship be provided?

The mentorship session will be provided through a mentor chosen to support and guide you in your required areas of personal and career development through virtual meetings.
